As a native of Goose Creek, South Carolina, Cameron Ingram is no stranger to the culinary world of the low country. He realized his love for the restaurant industry at a very young age. When he was only 15 years old he began working as a bus boy at a chain steakhouse. Within just a few months his eagerness to learn landed him a spot in the kitchen where his passion began. It wasn't long before he realized he felt as though restaurants were like a second home to him. They were full of like-minded people from all walks of life and enough chaos to keep anyone entertained. He spent the first few years of his working career in chain restaurants before earning a job at Caviar and Bananas in downtown Charleston as a line cook. His natural talents and dedication quickly helped earn him the position of Sous Chef. Cameron also spent some time at former restaurant Cypress and Mosaic Catering. After joining the team at Glowfisch Hospitality in 2015 as Head Chef of Five Loaves Cafe in Mount Pleasant, he knew he had found a company he not only wanted to work for but build a career with. When he is not at work he is spending time with his wife Megan and two adorable children Charleigh and Jack. The only thing more important to Cameron than work is his family.
